While I was working through my undergrad at the University of Washington I stumbled into an introductory landscape architecture class where I discovered that my love of plants extended into planting design. What's more, I found that many of my peers were amazing designers, but not one had ever worked a day in a garden or managed plants on the the ground. I realized that if I were able to hone my design skills I would be able to create beautiful garden designs that were better informed by how plants grow (and invetibly overgrow) in the real world. I followed my insight through my time at the U and in the end earned a Minor in Urban Ecological Design.
Since then, I have continued working in gardens (ornamental and vegetable) and designed and built many new gardens along the way. Below you can explore a gallery of projects that I have designed and built.
